I’m Amy and welcome to my blog!
I have been a personal trainer and spinning instructor for four years. I decided to change careers and am now studying a post grad in animal assisted therapy.
Even though I no longer work in the gym, I still want to help people achieve their health and fitness goals which is why I started this blog! I will post workouts every now and then, but the main aim is to put up healthy and delicious meals that support health and fitness goals. There is so much confusion out there as to what to eat, how much, when etc.. I learnt the hard way myself… after years of crazy obsessions of eating 100% ‘perfectly’ all the time, strange myths I made made up in my head that if I didnt eat exactly every 3 hours my metabolism would die. Crazy stuff! So I’ve learnt some valuable lessons through my 7 years of training and would like to share them 🙂
Happiness and positivity come with hard work and dedication- it doesn’t just happen , its a decision you need to make EVERYDAY!!! This blog is to help you with the keeping fit and healthy part of that decision… because lets face it: when you are fit and healthy you feel positive and happy and ready to take on the world!!
