What you really mean is… I want to buid muscle and lose bodyfat. But for some reason that notion puts people off. And then they go and lift silly 2kg dumbells in an attempt to ‘tone up’
PICK UP WEIGHTS. Do PUSHUPS Do PULLUPS do SQUATS do LUNGES do DEADLIFTS.
and all their variations.
That will get you the body you want.
Throw in some High Intensity Interval training, lots of veggies and salad, good sources of protein, fats and moderate carbohydrates, DRINK WATER and you;re set.

– hip flexor stretch
– overhead squat with a broomstick
My workout was:
250m row 10 pushups 10 kettlebell swings 250m row X 4 for time
it was a KILLER
Train hard 🙂
