Hi guys,

I hope you are all training hard and being kind to yourselves 🙂

I made this breakfast cake the other day:

1 cup of oats

3 egg whites

1 whole egg

1 banana

1 tablespoon peanut butter

dried coconut

baking powder

cocoa powder

Batter

Into a baking tray and into the oven… I cut it into 12 slices

Peanut butter chocolate cake with greek yoghurt and cinnamon. YUM.

My workout yesterday looked like this:

*3 sets of: 1 squat jump onto a bench into a pull up drop down into a pushup= 1 rep x 8

*bosu swiss ball pushups ( feet on a swiss ball, hands on the flat part of a bosu ball)

* santana push ups super setted with bosu ball mountain climbers ( hands on the flat part of the bosu ball)

* circuit: repeat 4 times:

– bent over rows

– upright rows

-tricep dips
