so I made another carrot cake
As amazing as the previous cake was… it was definitely missing icing!
the recipe was the same as the previous one but I left out the eggs and made icing out of greek yoghurt and protein powder.
DELICIOUS!!!!
It came out a little gooeier – I guess because of no eggs? But it was really yummy- a little too sweet though- I think I went a bit over board on the stevia which I’m not actually the biggest fan off.
