Hello everyone! Ok- so maybe calling this a pudding is pushing it a litte- but it was kinda pudding-ey. This was such a great post workout treat, totally hit the spot with a good cup of tea 🙂
1/4 cup cooked quinoa with 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 scoop protein powder on top
greek yoghurt mixed with 1/4 scoop protein powder and cocoa powder on top of that
blob of peanut butter ( all natural)
This made me feel like everything in the world will be ok. The quinoa was still warm, it made my tummy smile.
The workout: KILLER is all I can say
Warmup: walking on the treadmil, stretched
* jump rope tabata
* box squats ( 2x 18kg) supersetted with back lunges and a hop up (on coming out of the lunge you jump up with the front leg) with 5kg weights
* deadlifts- 50kg
*tabata: jump rope and dynamic step ups
*8 reps of pushing and pulling a sled with weights
* front squats
* tabata: jump lunges and pushups
