This was probably the yummiest thing I have EVER MADE.
(I think I say that every time)…the yummy goooey cinnamonny creamy goodness of this porridge pudding took my day to a whole new level of AWESOMENESS.
1/4 c uncooked brown rice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 egg white
1 date chopped on top
1 plum chopped
a few raisins
This was pretty high in carbs- due to the raisons and date.
I soaked the rice and chia seeds over night and in the morning added in water and I kept adding until the texture was right (gooey and sticky).
Happy day… or night depending on your hemisphere.
