So…I am back! YAY. I have been out my house for a week….a bit exhausting.
I thought I would post some pictures of BASIC moves you can do in the park. From these exercises you can do a zillion variations and add in cardio moves inbetween, sprints etc
Step up with a side leg lift

close grip push ups/ tricep pushups…don’t know why I am smiling- these are killers

These exercises form the basics of a full body workout… you can do them for a set number of reps and sets, do them as a circuit, add in cardio intervals like high knees/ bunny hops (thats jump squats going forward)/ burpees… the options are endless.
