I wanted to share this workout I did today.

I woke up at 7am to try beat the humidity and did some back stretches to wake up my spine.

My gymboss was set for 15 rounds of 45 seconds work 15 rest and I went running….45 seconds fast 15 seconds walk.

Then I stopped off at the local park and did:

3 sets of pull ups

1 set of squat jumps onto a bench

1 tabata round of bench toe taps.

Tabata: 10 seconds off 20 seconds on FOR MAXIMUM EFFORT for 8 rounds

Bench Toe Taps: tap your toes to the bench …kind of like high knee running on the spot.

This was just the short high intensity workout I needed to start my week!
